PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
To reserve the places and confirm the booking, customers will be required to pay a deposit. The amount of the deposit and final payment will depend on when the booking is made, according to the terms shown in the table below:

Catalonia Bike Tours reserves the right to cancel a trip in case it does not reach the minimum occupancy required. In this case, THE CANCELLATION WILL BE NOTIFIED AND FULL REFUND OF THE PAID AMOUNTS will be done 7 days before the trip start date.
You can make the deposit payment by bank transfer, Apple Pay or credit card using a secure payment gateway. You can choose the method you want to use on the BOOKING FORM.
30 days before your arrival date, you will be sent an email linking you to a secure payment gateway to process the outstandig payment through credit card.
PRIVATE TOURS bookings are subject to selected hotels availability on the chosen dates. In case of unavailability of some of them, our team will propose a similar alternative which could increase the total cost of the trip. Clients will have the right to decline the offer and in such case, they will be full refunded automatically.
All cancellations and changes must be made in writing by email at email@example.com, indicating the name of the traveller and booking reference number.
