OUR TEAM AT YOUR DISPOSAL
All our guides are cycling instructors certified by the Catalan School of Sport and have ridden thousands of kilometers on the Catalan tarmac looking for the best cycling itineraries to be offered. Our local knowledge and cycling expertise are some of our strengths and, this will be highly appreciated for your clients during their stay.
Our guides receive direct support from the rest of the Catalonia Bike Tours team, made up of cycling enthusiasts and experts in different fields (logistics, bike mechanics …) who make it possible to operate our tours. All our staff speak English and at least two more languages, so communication will not be a problem at all!
CERTIFICATIONS AND INSURANCES
We are certified by the Catalan Tourist Board (the official agency that ensures the highest standards of quality offered by Catalan touristic companies) so we can guarantee the highest levels of quality to your clients.
We are also up to date on European Community legislation in terms of mandatory insurances: an insolvency guarantee coverage (to protect all our clients in case of hypothetical insolvency of the company) and a liability insurance policy for travel agencies and cycling DMC ‘s. You can find more information about these insurance policies in our General Terms and Conditions Policy.
Moreover, we also provide at no cost an accident insurance policy covering medical costs up to €6.000.
